Sharon Kugi, Membership Director

Sharon has worked in Advertising Sales for 25 years and then was a Realtor for 5 years. She has lived in Waukesha since 1992 and has worked for the Waukesha Chamber of Commerce since January, 2020. Sharon has been handling our New Memberships, daily tasks and manages ribbon cuttings and other Waukesha Chamber functions and activities. She is always happy to help or answer any questions that you may have.

Annette (AJ) Simms, Executive Director

AJ is driven to advance, support, and accelerate meaningful growth within the Waukesha business community. Her experience, and passion for businesses of all types, provides unique insight and perspective into business operations, economic development, and how we can grow and succeed collaboratively. AJ earned her MBA from Alverno College. Along with her husband, John, she has raised two sons and has lived in Waukesha County for nearly four decades.
